Repulse Bay is one of Hong Kong’s most popular beaches and gets very crowded on hot summer days. At one end of the beach is the colorful Kwun Yum Temple with Buddhist statues. The Repulse Bay is the sandy beach of having the utmost representative characteristics in Hong Kong by its long and broad beach, fresh sand, clean water, calm tide and mild wave. There constructed on the sandy beach a Sea View Tower of Chinese ancient colour, inside which there are images of Tin Hau and Goddess of Mercy, Avalokitesvara more than ten meters high.
 
At the back part of the beach, there is a construction of colonial color, whose antecedent was the Repulse Bay Hotel and at the present the catering and recreation center. This bay also offers a first-class selection of shopping and entertainment facilities. The ornate Life Guard Club was built in a conventional Chinese style. Its ceilings adorned with superb swirling dragons. Also, Sea View Tower was built close by in ancient Chinese color.
 
The Repulse Bay is definitely one of the popular tourist attractions in China. It is worth paying a visit while touring the country. This place will leave a pleasing and unforgettable memory and justify the proud cultural tradition of China.
